TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

• By booking a consultation, appointment, package, or other service with Rebirth Of Amór (“ROA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Rebirth Of Amór Booking Policy.

• If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your booking.

2.  SERVICES

• Rebirth Of Amór provides professional hair, wig, hair-loss, and beauty services by appointment at the Rebirth Of Amór Studio in Atlanta, Georgia.

• Available services may include consultations, sew-ins, closure and frontal installations, ponytails, quick weaves, wig installations, custom wig services, packages, maintenance services, hair preparation, coloring, and related add-ons.

3.  CONSULTATIONS

• A consultation may be required before booking certain services or ordering a custom wig.

• Consultation fees must be paid in full when booked. When the applicable service description states that a consultation fee will be credited toward a future service or custom wig, the credit will be applied according to that description.

 

 4.  BOOKING FEE

• A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve each applicable service or package.

The booking fee:

• Secures the selected appointment time
• Is applied toward the total service price
• May be transferred one time when an eligible appointment is rescheduled at least 72 hours before its scheduled start time
• Is forfeited when the cancellation or rescheduling requirements below are not followed

• A new $50 booking fee may be required before scheduling another appointment.

5.  CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

• All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be completed through the Rebirth Of Amór website.  Requests sent through text message, email, telephone, or social media do not constitute an official cancellation or rescheduling request.

• A booking fee may be transferred one time when an appointment is rescheduled at least 72 hours before its scheduled start time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted fewer than 72 hours before the appointment, but before the calendar date of the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the $50 booking fee.

6.  SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO-CALL, NO-SHOWS

• A same-day cancellation occurs when a client cancels on the calendar date of the scheduled appointment.

• A no-call, no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for the scheduled appointment without completing an approved cancellation or rescheduling request through the website.

• Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the booked service price.  Any booking fee, deposit, or other amount already paid will be credited toward the total amount owed. The client will not be charged more than the booked service price under this provision.

• By completing a booking and accepting these terms, the client authorizes Rebirth Of Amór and its payment processor to securely retain the payment method used at checkout and charge the unpaid balance necessary to bring the total collected to 100% of the booked service price following a same-day cancellation or no-call, no-show.

• A client with an unpaid cancellation or no-show balance may not schedule another appointment until the outstanding balance and a new booking fee have been paid.

7.  LATE ARRIVALS

• Clients receive a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a $30 late fee.

• When lateness prevents Rebirth Of Amór from completing the scheduled service without affecting another client, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation.

 

8. REMAINING BALANCES

• Unless otherwise stated in the service description, the remaining service balance is due by cash or Zelle at the start of the appointment, before services begin.

• Credit and debit cards are accepted online for required booking fees, consultations, custom-order payments, and authorized cancellation or no-show charges.

9.  PACKAGES

• A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve a package appointment and is applied toward the total package price.

• Charges related to custom wigs, hair, coloring, preparation, or other materials may be required before preparation or production begins. A reservation is not authorization for Rebirth Of Amór to begin producing unpaid custom merchandise.

• If a package includes a fully paid custom wig and the appointment is later canceled, the wig remains the client’s property.  The client may arrange studio pickup or request shipping at the client’s expense.

• The same-day cancellation and no-call, no-show rules apply to package appointments.

10.  CUSTOM HAIR AND WIG ORDERS

• Custom hair and wig orders are made specifically for the client and require full payment before production begins.

• Production generally requires 5 to 7 business days after full payment and receipt of all required specifications and materials.

• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by law.

11.  HAIR PREPARATION AND CLIENT-PROVIDED ITEMS

• Clients must follow all preparation instructions listed with their selected service.

• When bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, or other materials must be prepared before an appointment, they must be purchased or delivered within the timeframe communicated by Rebirth Of Amór.

• Late delivery of required materials may result in rescheduling, cancellation, or additional same-day preparation charges.

12.  CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must:

• Arrive on time with clean, detangled hair unless a shampoo service is included
• Bring all items required for the selected service
• Disclose known scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or other relevant concerns before services begin
• Follow all preparation and aftercare instructions
• Refrain from bringing children or additional guests unless they are also receiving an approved service

13.  COMPLETED SERVICES AND ADJUSTMENTS

• All completed services are final, and refunds are not issued after a service has been performed.

• Any request for a reasonable adjustment must be submitted within three calendar days of the appointment. An      adjustment request does not guarantee that a refund, complimentary service, or other remedy will be provided.

14.  PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

• Rebirth Of Amór will request the client’s express permission before taking or using photographs or videos.  A client may decline photography or recording without affecting the service received.

15.  PAYMENT PROCESSING

• Online transactions are processed through payment providers connected to the Rebirth Of Amór website.  Payment-provider approval, processing times, disputes, refunds, and security procedures are governed by the provider’s applicable terms.

• Rebirth Of Amór will not advertise or promise a specific financing or pay-over-time provider unless that payment method is active and available at checkout.

16.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the extent permitted by law, Rebirth Of Amór is not responsible for harm or dissatisfaction resulting from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, scalp conditions, client-provided products, failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions, or expectations inconsistent with the agreed service.  Services are performed using reasonable professional care and industry standards.

17.  GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Georgia unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution method.

18.  CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

• Rebirth Of Amór may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes apply to bookings placed after the revised terms are published.  The policy version presented and accepted when an appointment is booked governs that appointment.
