1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By booking a service with Rebirth of Amor (ROA, we, us), you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not book.

2. SERVICES
Rebirth of Amor provides professional hair installation services, including sew-ins, closure and frontal installations, frontal ponytails, and the Supreme Crown Experience. All services are performed by appointment only at our Austell, Georgia location.

​

3. BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in person at the start of your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total service cost. All deposits are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy in Section 4.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
72-Hour Grace Period: If you cancel within 72 hours of placing your booking, your $50 deposit will be fully refunded.
After the Grace Period: Once 72 hours have passed from the time of booking, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Your deposit will transfer to a new appointment date if you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) and Same-Day Cancellations: Deposit is forfeited.
No-Call, No-Show: Deposit is forfeited and the appointment will not be rescheduled without a new deposit.
No refunds are issued on completed services.

5. CUSTOM HAIR & WIG ORDERS
Custom hair orders (ROA Hair Patterns: Straight, Body Wave, Water Wave, Deep Wave, Loose Wave) and custom wig units are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. All custom orders require full payment before production begins. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after full payment is received for production. All sales are final once production has begun.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrive on time with clean, detangled hair unless a wash is included in your service.
Bring required items (stocking cap for frontal wig installs and frontal installs; weaving net for all installs).
No extra guests are permitted unless they are also being serviced.
Notify us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

7. PAYMENT
We accept payments through Wix Payments and its integrated processors (credit card, debit card, and authorized buy-now-pay-later providers such as Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm where available). Manual payment links (Stripe, Square) may be provided at our discretion. All transactions are subject to the terms of the payment processor.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rebirth of Amor is not liable for damages resulting from allergic reactions, undisclosed medical conditions, hair or scalp issues caused by improper aftercare, or results that differ from client expectations due to the natural state of the client's hair. Services are rendered on a best-effort basis in line with professional industry standards.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY
We may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, and social media use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify your stylist before your appointment begins.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
