Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All custom hair and wig orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production after full payment has been received, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. In-studio service appointments are not affected by shipping timelines.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Rebirth of Amor ships within the United States via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request at an additional cost.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the USPS system.

4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timelines after shipment:

USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days

Expedited / Priority Express: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Rebirth of Amor is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Rebirth of Amor is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs due to address errors are the customer's responsibility.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by USPS, it is considered delivered. Rebirth of Amor is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If a package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist with a USPS claim.

7. International Shipping
At this time, Rebirth of Amor ships within the United States only. International shipping requests may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis; please contact us directly at hello@rebirthofamor.com before placing an international order.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
