PRODUCTION TIME
All wigs are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production after full payment has been received. This production period does not include shipping transit time. Orders selected for shipping will be shipped after production is complete. In-studio service appointments are not affected by these timelines.
2. U.S. SHIPPING & RATES
Rebirth of Amór ships within the United States for a flat $15 shipping fee. Shipping transit time begins after the production period is complete. Any carrier delivery estimates are separate from the 7-business-day production period.
3. LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available at:

Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup. Selecting local pickup removes the $15 shipping charge.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once an order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. DELIVERY TIMES
Carrier delivery times begin after production is complete and are estimates only. Rebirth of Amór is not responsible for carrier, weather, or other delays outside its control.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Rebirth of Amór is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Any reshipping costs caused by an address error are the customer’s responsibility.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. Rebirth of Amór is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If a package arrives damaged, contact Rebirth of Amór within 48 hours and provide photographs of the product and packaging so assistance with a carrier claim can be provided.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is not currently available through online checkout. Please contact Rebirth of Amór before placing an international order to confirm availability and receive a separate shipping quote. International shipping charges are additional.
9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
