Wig Booking Policy & Consultation Terms

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

By completing an appointment booking, you agree to this Booking Policy and the complete Rebirth Of Amór Terms and Conditions.

CONSULTATIONS

A consultation is required for first-time clients and before custom wig orders unless the selected service states otherwise.
Consultations must be paid in full when booked. Any consultation credit will be applied only as described in the selected consultation or service.

BOOKING FEE

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve each applicable service or package.
The $50 is applied toward your total service price. It may be transferred one time when you reschedule through the website at least 72 hours before your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be completed through the Rebirth Of Amór website.
Requests made by text, telephone, email, or social media are not considered official cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Changes made fewer than 72 hours before the appointment, but before the appointment date, result in forfeiture of the $50 booking fee.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO-CALL, NO-SHOWS

Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows are responsible for 100% of the booked service price.
Any $50 booking fee or other payment already collected will be credited toward the total. Only the remaining unpaid balance will be charged.
By completing your booking and accepting this policy, you authorize Rebirth Of Amór and its payment processor to securely retain your payment method and charge the unpaid balance following a same-day cancellation or no-call, no-show.
Clients with an unpaid balance cannot book another appointment until the balance and a new booking fee are paid.

ARRIVAL AND LATENESS

Standard appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Appointments beginning at 7:00 AM require a $150 Early Bird fee.
Appointments beginning after 6:00 PM, with a latest start time of 7:00 PM, require a $150 After-Hours fee.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a $30 late fee. If the remaining time is insufficient to complete the service properly, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation.

PAYMENT

Remaining balances must be paid by cash or Zelle at the start of the appointment before services begin.
Card payments are accepted online for booking fees, consultations, required custom-order payments, and authorized cancellation or no-show charges.

PACKAGES AND CUSTOM WIGS

Packages require a $50 non-refundable booking fee.
Custom hair, custom wigs, coloring, preparation, and other made-to-order items must be paid in full before production begins.
Fully paid custom wigs remain the client’s property if an appointment is canceled. Pickup may be arranged with Rebirth Of Amór, or the wig may be shipped at the client’s expense.

HAIR PREPARATION

Any bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, or other materials requiring preparation must be purchased or delivered within the timeframe provided by Rebirth Of Amór.
Late delivery may result in rescheduling, cancellation, or an additional preparation fee.

Current same-day preparation fees include:

• Closure customization: $50
• Frontal customization: $75
• Wig customization: $100

GUESTS AND CHILDREN

Additional guests and children are not permitted unless they are receiving an approved service.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

Photographs and videos are taken only with the client’s express permission. Declining photography or recording will not affect the service received

COMPLETED SERVICES

Completed services are final. Adjustment requests must be made within three calendar days of the appointment.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Booking Policy and the complete Rebirth Of Amór Terms and Conditions.
