CONSULTATIONS

  • A consultation is required for all first-time clients prior to booking any service. This allows us to properly assess your needs and deliver a customized experience.

  • If you book a service after your consultation, the $55 consultation fee will be deducted from your service total.

  • Custom Wig Commissions: A consultation is required before any custom wig order. The $55 consultation fee will be applied toward the final cost of your custom wig.

  • Bundle Dyeing & Wig Coloring Inquiries: For pricing on bundle dyeing or wig coloring services, please text Cherie directly at (404) 585-0790 . No consultation is required for the inquiry.

SCHEDULING & ARRIVAL

  • Standard appointments are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

  • Please arrive on time. Appointments delayed more than 15 minutes will incur a $30 late fee. Excessive lateness may result in cancellation to preserve the quality of service for all clients.

  • Early Bird Appointments: A 7:00 AM start is available by request and includes a $150 early bird fee.

  • After-Hours Appointments: Appointments starting after 6:00 PM (latest start time 7:00 PM) are available by request and include a $150 after-hours fee.

  • No additional guests are permitted. Our salon suite is intentionally designed to provide a calm, exclusive, and distraction-free environment.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in 50% of the total service amount being charged to the card on file.

BOOKING FEE & PAYMENTS

  • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Booking fees secure your appointment time and the preparation required in advance.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all packages. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your package.

  • A booking fee may be applied one time toward a rescheduled appointment. After that, the booking fee is forfeited.

  • The remaining balance must be paid via Zelle or cash on the day of your appointment.

  • All services are final. Due to the personalized nature of our work, no refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

PACKAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all packages. Your deposit is applied toward the preparation of your custom wig, including custom wig construction, hair preparation and coloring, and any requested customization.

  • Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as preparation and customization begin immediately based on your selected package.

  • If You Cancel:

If you cancel your package appointment, your custom wig still belongs to you. You may choose to have it  mailed to you or picked up directly from the studio.          

  • Rescheduling:
    You are allowed one complimentary reschedule with no additional deposit required. Any rescheduling beyond that may require a new deposit.

HAIR PREP, BUNDLES & WIGS

  • If bundles or a custom wig are required, they must be purchased 3–5 days prior to the scheduled appointment to allow adequate preparation time.  Clients providing their own bundles or wigs for coloring or customization must drop off all items 3–5 days before the appointment date. Late drop-offs may result in rescheduling or cancellation.                                                                   

Same-Day Customization Fees (when bundles, wigs, closures, or frontals require day-of preparation):

  • Same-day closure customization: +$50

  • Same-day frontal customization: +$75

  • Same-day wig customization: +$100

ADD-ON SERVICES

The following add-ons are available with most services (excluding Packages):

  • Curls — $35

  • Wand Curls — $55 (10 minutes)

  • Curly Hair to Straight — $55

  • Radiant Follicle Revival Therapy — $75 (a non-invasive scalp red light therapy that stimulates hair follicles, supports a healthy environment for hair growth, reduces shedding, and supports thin edges)

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

  • Photos and/or videos are only taken with your express permission. Cherie will always ask before recording, and you may decline at any time without affecting your service.

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all salon policies and terms listed above. These policies are in place to maintain the integrity, quality, and exclusivity of our services.
