Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable booking fee reserves each applicable service and is applied toward the total service price. Unless otherwise stated in the service description, the remaining balance is due by cash or Zelle at the start of the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment and no-call, no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service price. Clients may reschedule within the 48-hour period, but they may not cancel. Appointments booked less than 48 hours before the start time are immediately non-cancellable. Any booking fee, deposit, or other payment already collected is credited toward the applicable charge; only the remaining unpaid balance is charged. By booking, the client authorizes Rebirth Of Amór and its payment processor to securely retain the payment method used at checkout and charge the unpaid balance following a late cancellation or no-call, no-show.
