Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit can be used ONE TIME toward rescheduling if you give at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be paid by card; the remaining balance is due at your appointment and accepted via Zelle or cash only. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to re-book. LATE POLICY: A 15-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be canceled or subject to a late fee at stylist's discretion. HAIR PREP: Hair must arrive washed, blown out, and detangled unless a wash service is included. Come with hair fully prepped to avoid additional prep fees. GUESTS & CHILDREN: To maintain a focused, professional environment, extra guests and children are not permitted during your service. SATISFACTION: Adjustments are offered within 3 days of your appointment. Refunds are not issued once a service has been rendered.
