If booking your appointment after consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from your service total if you book your future appointment during your consultation For custom wig, hair bundles, or dye inquiries, please mention this during your consultation so we can tailor a quote and timeline for your vision. Consultations will take place on zoom. You will receive a zoom link to your email shortly after you book.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit can be used ONE TIME toward rescheduling if you give at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be paid by card; the remaining balance is due at your appointment and accepted via Zelle or cash only. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to re-book. LATE POLICY: A 15-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be canceled or subject to a late fee at stylist's discretion. GUESTS & CHILDREN: To maintain a focused, professional environment, extra guests and children are not permitted during your service. SATISFACTION: Adjustments are offered within 3 days of your appointment. Refunds are not issued once a service has been rendered.
